Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Rowan Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
