Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Kestrel Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
