Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
