Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
