Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Juniper Care Services supports families and individuals in Pittsburgh with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
