Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Thistle Medical is a Pittsburgh company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 707 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
