Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in Pittsburgh with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
