Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
