Ironwood Hollow Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
