Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Glen Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 287 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
