Northwind Forge Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
