Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Corner Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
