Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Fernwood West Environmental Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
