Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Clear Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Philadelphia region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
