Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
