Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Nova Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
