Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
