Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Ridge Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
