Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pike Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
