Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Omaha serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
