Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Lumen North Construction is a Omaha contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
