Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Ember Medical designs and makes medical devices in Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
