Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Juniper Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
