Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Nest Insurance is an insurance company in Omaha with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
