Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
