Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Iron Financial serves customers across Omaha with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
