Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Loom Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
