Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Oklahoma City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
