Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
