Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Birch Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Oklahoma City design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
