Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Thistle Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Oklahoma City producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 920 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
