Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oakland, CA)

Cedar Kestrel Water Authority is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
