Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Haven Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
