Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
