Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Oakland design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
