Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
