Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
