Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit.
