Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around New Orleans. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
