Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vale Financial Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
