Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in New Orleans working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
