Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
