Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (New Orleans, LA)

Fernwood Bright Financial is a financial-services company in New Orleans, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
