Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Oak Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
