Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
