Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Systems provides shared administrative services to local governments around Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 377 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
