Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Union Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
