Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Nashville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
