Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
