Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Basin Foods Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
